I MARY HITCHES of Walton upon Thames in the County of Middlesex widow being weak in Body but of sound mind praised be to God for the same do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give devise and bequeath to EPHRAIM GILES of Walton aforesaid Collar Maker all my ready money monies in the funds and securities for money Goods chattels Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kindsoever In Trust in the first place to collect get in and receive the same and after payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the expense of proving this my Will to lay out and invest the same in the public stocks or funds at interest either in his own Name or in the joint Names of himself and NANNY the wife of STEPHEN WING of Walton aforesaid as he shall think proper and be advised and do and shall stand and be possessed thereof In Trust to receive the interest dividends and annual proceeds thereof and from time to time to pay and apply the same as the same shall be received unto my step daughter the above mentioned NANNY WING for and during the term of her natural life and I do hereby declare that her receipt alone notwithstanding her present or any future coverture shall be a good and sufficient discharge to the said PETER GILES for the same and that the said interest and dividends shall not be in any wise liable to the debts control intermeddling of her said husband and from and immediately after her decease upon further trust to sell out and dispose of the whole of the said stocks funds and securities and pay and divide the produce thereof unto and equally between and amongst all and every the child or children of the said NANNY WING as shall be living at the time of her decease share and share alike the receipt of such of them as shall be infants under the age of twenty one years to be a good and sufficient discharge notwithstanding such minority and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said EPHRAIM GILES sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking and making void and all and every other Will and Wills by me at any time

The Will erroneously states that Walton is in the county of Middlesex whereas it is in the county of SurreyA reference is made to "Peter Giles".  I believe this should read the aforementioned "Ephraim Giles"
