In the Name of God Amen
I JOHN VALLER in the Parish of Witly in the County of Surry Wheller being of a perfect memory do hereby make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in the manner following Imprimis I will and bequeath unto MARY SANTER in the Parish of Harting in the County of Sussex the sum of two pounds per Year during her natural Life to be paid by my Executor I give unto my Brother HENRY VALLERs Sons Viz WILLAM VALLER HENRY VALLER and JOHN VALLER the Sum of five pounds each of them to be paid six Months after my decease by my Executor I give unto my Kinsman JOHN STUTT of Fidleworth in Sussex the Sum of five pounds to be paid six Months after my decease by my Executor I give unto my Kinsman ROBERT STUTT of Fidleworth in Sussex the Sum of five pounds to be paid six Months after my decease by my Executor I give unto my Brother WILLIAM VALLERs two Daughters Viz ELIZABETH VALLER the Sum of twenty pounds to be paid six Months after my decease by my Executor I give unto MARY now the Wife JOHN LEE the [sum] of ten pounds to be paid six Months after my decease by my Executor I give unto JOHN PAYN of Witly the Sum of ten shillings to be paid six Months after my decease by my Executor all which several Legacys above mentioned I will shall be paid out of my Moneys Goods and Chattels by my Executor and I give the remainder to Brother WILLIAM VALLERs Son JOHN VALLER of Burtly in the Parish of Witly in the County of Surry all my Moneys Goods and Chattels and Debts of what kind soever and lastly I make the said JOHN VALLER of Burtly in Witly sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament desiring him to pay my just Debts and Funeral Expenses In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the twenty fourth Day of December in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and fifty – JOHN VALLER – Signed sealed published and declared by the said JOHN VALLER the Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our Names in his presence – JOHN SECTORSJOHN MANCELL

This Will was proved at London on the thirty first Day of October in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and fifty one before the Right Worshipful John Bettesworth Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of JOHN VALLER the sole Executor named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased being first sworn by Commission duly to administer
