This is the last Will and Testament of me NATHANIEL SANDY of Boscombe Lodge Finchley Road Saint Johns Wood in the County of Middlesex  I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease  I give and bequeath unto my friends JOHN ATTWATERS and MARY ATTWATERS residing at Elm Grove Southsea in the County of Hants the sum of five pounds each as a token of my regards and esteem  I give and bequeath to CHARLES PACKER of Number twenty Oxford Street in the County of Middlesex a mourning ring

I give and bequeath to AMELIA the wife of the said CHARLES PACKER All those my ten shares in the Cuba [   ] Copper Mines to and for her own use and benefit absolutely  I give devise and bequeath unto my brother FREDERICK ROBERT SANDY and my neice LOUISA [            ] SHIPLEY their and each of their heirs executors administrators and assigns All that my leasehold messuage or tenement and premises situate and being in Minster Street Reading in the County of Berks and now in the occupation of JAMES TRENDEL to and for their and each of their own absolute use and benefit to be equally divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common  I give devise and bequeath All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever real and personal unto the said CHARLES PACKER and his heirs executors administrators and assigns to and for his own absolute use and benefit and I hereby nominate and appoint the said CHARLES PACKER the sole Executor of this my will revoking all former or other wills  I hereby declare this to be and contain my last will and testament – NATHANIEL SANDY – Signed by the testator NATHANIEL SANDY as his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses this fifteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty eight – EDWD ADAMS 7 [        ] Place Brixton – CHARLES [SALTER] 68 Warren Street [            ] Square

Proved at London 10th August 1849 before the worshipful Alfred [Waddilove] Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of CHARLES PACKER the sole Executor to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn only to administer
