This is the last Will and Testament of me JANE SANDYS formerly of Sloane Street in the parish of Saint Luke Chelsea in the County of Middlesex but now of Reading in the County of Berks Widow  I direct all my just debts funeral expenses and the charges of proving this my will to be duly paid and discharged by Executor hereinafter as soon as conveniently can be after my decease  I give devise and bequeath all and every my messuages and tenements with the Appurts and all my goods chattels money and securities for money debts and other Estate and Effects of whatkind soever of in or to which I or any person or persons in trust for me shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my Son FREDERICK ROBERT SANDYS his executors admons and assigns according to the nature and quality thereof respectively upon the trusts and for the intents and purposes hereinbefore expressed and contained of and concerning the same that is to say upon trust that he my said Trustee do and shall when and so soon after my decease as he shall think proper absolutely sell and dispose of my said Messuages tenements with the Appurts either entirely and altogether or in parcels by public Auction or private contract to any person or persons willing to become the purchaser or purchasers thereof respectively for such price or prices sum or sums of money as to my said trustee shall deem reasonable and for promoting and facilitating such sell or sales do and shall enter into and make and [            ] all such contracts covenants agreements conveyances surrenders assurances acts deeds matters and things which to my said trustee shall seem reasonable and I do hereby declare that the Receipt of receipts of my said trustee his heirs executors admons or Assigns for any sum or sums of money payable to him under or by virtue  of the trusts of this my will shall be a sufficient and effectual discharge or sufficient and effectual discharges for the same respectively or so much thereof respectively as in such receipt or receipts respectively shall be expressed or acknowledged to be received and that the person or persons to whom the same shall be given his her or their heirs executors admons or assigns shall not afterwards be answerable to or accountable for any loss misapplication or nonapplication of the money therein mentioned and acknowledged to be received or any part thereof and no person or persons purchasing shall be bound or obliged to ascertain or enquire into the necessity propriety or expediency of any such sale or sales and I do hereby declare my will and mind to be that my said trustee do and shall stand and be possessed of and interested in all the money to arise from the sale or sales hereinbefore by me directed to be made of my said Estate and Effects and of and in the Rents issues and profits hereof until the same shall be disposed of and concerning converted into money upon trust that he my said Trustee his executors admons and assigns do and shall by with and out of the same in the first place pay and discharge all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses and from and after payment and satisfaction thereof upon trust that he my said Trustee do and shall pay and divide the same and all other the residue of my Estate and Effects unto between and amongst my sons and daughter namely NATHANIEL SANDYS the said FREDERICK ROBERT SANDYS and AMELIA the Wife of CHARLES PACKER of Reading in the County of Berks share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants to and for their own use and benefit absolutely my Daughter LOUISA late the wife of WILLIAM SHIPLEY of Hartley Row deceased having been advanced by me in her life time so as to make her share and interest under this my will equivalent with her said Brothers and Sister and in case any or either of my said Children shall happen to die in my lifetime leaving issue of his her or their body or Bodies lawfully begotten then I do give and bequeath the part of share parts of shares of him her or them so dying unto such his her or their issue share and share alike to be paid assigns and transferred unto him her or them respectively when and as they shall severally and respectively attain their age and ages of twenty one years the interest dividends and produce thereof to be in the meantime paid applied and disposed of in for and towards their maintenance education support and bringing up to that age and it is my will and meaning that my said trustee and my Executor hereinafter named or either of them shall not be liable to answer or make good any loss or losses that shall or may happen to my said trust monies Estate and Effects in transacting any money Affairs or otherwise relating to or concerning the execution of the trusts through their or either of their wilful neglect or default nor shall either of them my said Trustee or Executor be answerable or accountable for the acts deeds receipts or disbursements of the other of them but each of them shall be answerable only for his own separate acts deeds receipts and disbursements and I do hereby direct that my said trustee and Executor and each of them and their respective executors and admons shall and may by and out of the residue of my Estate and Effects pay and reimburse themselves and himself and each other all reasonable and necessary costs charges and expenses whatsoever which they or either of them shall or may bear pay sustain expend or be put unto in or about the execution of this my will or the trusts hereby in them reposed and lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son NATHANIEL SANDYS sole Executor of this my will and hereby revoking and making void all former and other will and wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this alone to be and contain my last will and Testament  In witness whereof I the said JANE SANDYS the Testatrix have to the two first sheets of this my will the whole whereof is contained in three sheets of paper set my hand and to this third and last sheet set my hand and Seal this seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven – JANE SANDYS – Signed sealed published and I the above named JANE SANDYS do hereby will order and direct that CHARLES PACKER in my said will named be and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint him to be a trustee and executor jointly with the said FREDERICK ROBERT SANDYS and NATHANIEL SANDYS with full power for the said CHARLES PACKER in the execution of all and every the trusts contained in this my will  As witness my hand and Seal this seventh day of February one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven – JANE SANDYS – Witnesses JNO. Proved at London with a Codicil 11^th April 1829 before the Judge by the Oaths of NATHANIEL SANDYS the son the executor named in the will and CHARLES PACKER the executor named in the Codicil to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by commission duly to administer
