This is the last Will and Testament of me MARY ALEXANDER of New Park Moville in the County of Donegal Spinster I give devise leave and bequeath to my sisters CATHERINE ALEXANDER and FRANCES ALEXANDER or to such of them as shall be living at the time of my decease all property both real and personal and all money goods chattels and effects of which I may die possessed or to which I shall be entitled or over which I shall have a general power of appointment at the time of my decease hereby appointing them or such of them as may survive me my sole devisees and legatees And lastly I appoint my said two sisters CATHERINE and FRANCES or such of them as shall survive me my Executrixes
