I DOROTHY RAWLINSON of Hammersmith in the County of Middlesex Spinster Do make this my last Will and Testament as follows

I give to my Sister MARY HOUSE all my Leasehold Houses situate in Burlington Street and [            ] Street in the Parish of St James Westminster in the County of Middlesex to hold for and during the term of her natural Life and from and immediately after her decease I give my said Leasehold Houses in Burlington Street and [            ] Street to my Niece MARY HOUSE to hold unto my said Niece MARY HOUSE her Executors Admons and Assigns for and during all my Term and Estate therein respectively

I also give my said Niece MARY HOUSE all my Ground Rents situate in South Street in the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the County of Middlesex to hold unto my said Niece MARY HOUSE for and during the Term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease I give the said Ground Rents unto my Nephew HARRY HOUSE to hold unto my said Nephew HARRY HOUSE all my Messuage or Tenement with its appurtanances which he now lives in situate in Pall Mall in the Parish of Saint James Westminster in the County of Middlesex and all my Household Furniture and other Effects therein together with my two other Houses situate in Warwick Street in the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in the said County of Middlesex to hold unto my said Nephew HARRY HOUSE his Executors Administrators and Assigns for and during all the several and respective Term of years and other interest which I have therein

I give to Miss JANE WANKFORD of Lisbon in the Kingdom of Portugal the sum of fifty pounds  I give to my Maid Servant ELIZABETH MULLET twelve Guineas a year for and during the term of her natural life provided she shall live in my Service at the time of my decease  I give to JOHN APPLEFORD ten Guineas if he shall live in my said Nephew’s Service at the time of my decease

All the rest residue and remainder of my Estate both real and personal I give devise and bequeath unto my said Nephew HARRY HOUSE to hold unto my said Nephew HARRY HOUSE his Heirs Executors Admons and Assigns for ever And I do hereby nominate and constitute and appoint my said Nephew HARRY HOUSE and my said Niece MARY HOUSE Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the fourth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy two – DOROTHY RAWLINSON – Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence have Subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereto – E. This Will was proved at London the twenty fourth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy seven before the Worshipful Andrew [Cotton] [               ] Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipful Sir George Hay Knight also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissory of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of HARRY HOUSE the Nephew and MARY HOUSE Spinster the Niece of the deceased and Executors named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular  the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first Sworn duly to Administer
