I ELIZABETH SUSAN CHIPPERFIELD of Inverness Lodge Popes Grove Twickenham in the County of Middlesex Widow hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions and declare this to be my last will and testament Whereas I have long since given to my daughters ANNIE AGNES MARY CHIPPERFIELD  LUCY ETHEL CLARK CHIPPERFIELD and EDITH MABEL CHIPPERFIELD equally between them all my furniture plate pictures trinkets and household effects Now I confirm such gift and give my said three daughters or to such of them as may be living at the time of my death the sum of six hundred pounds equally between them And as to the residue of my estate real and personal I give devise and bequeath the same to my sons THOMAS JOHN BURGOYNE PEARSE CHIPPERFIELD and WILLIAM RICHARD HOPKINS CHIPPERFIELD equally between them And I appoint the said THOMAS JOHN BURGOYNE PEARSE CHIPPERFIELD sole executor of this my will

On the 2nd day of December 1897 Probate of this will was granted to THOMAS JOHN BURGOYNE PEARSE CHIPPERFIELD the sole Executor
