This is the last Will and Testament of me ANN WILLIAMS of Neithrop in the County of Oxford Widow of RICHARD WILLIAMS late of the same place Esquire deceased I give and devise all that my Messuage or Tenement with the Garden and outbuildings thereunto belonging and two closes in Neithorp aforesaid and all other Land now in my own occupation with their and every of their appurtenances unto FRANCES WYATT the wife of RICHARD WYATT of Stratford upon Avon in the County of Warwick Gentleman for and during the term of her natural life free and independent from her husband for her own use and after her decease I give and devise the same unto their Daughter ANN for and during the term of her natural life independent of any husband and from and after her Decease I give I give and devise the same unto their Daughter MARY for and during the term of her natural life independent of any husband and from and after her Decease I give and devise the same unto their Daughter MARTHA for and during the term of her natural life independent of any husband and from and after the decease of the Survivor of them the said FRANCES the wife of the said RICHARD WYATT and ANN MARY and MARTHA their children I give and devise the same unto and amongst of all and every the Child and Children of them the said ANN WYATT MARY WYATT and MARTHA WYATT as Tenants in Common and to the Heirs of their bodies and for want of such issue I give the same unto the right heirs of them the said ANN WYATT MARY WYATT and MARTHA WYATT subject nevertheless and I do hereby charge the said Messuage or Tenement Closes and Premises with one annuity clear yearly rent or Sum of Twenty five pounds to MARY CLARIDGE and MARTHA CLARIDGE during their natural lives and the life of the Survivor of them to whom I do hereby give and bequeath the same and direct the sum to be paid them by quarterly payments and to commence from the day of my Death Also I give and devise unto the said RICHARD WYATT and FRANCES his wife during their joint natural lives and during the life of the survivor of them all that my messuage or Tenement in Neithorp aforesaid with the outbuildings tan yard and Close thereunto belonging now in the Tenure or occupation of JAMES HILL and from and after the Decease of the Survivor of them the said RICHARD WYATT and FRANCES his wife I give and devise the said Messuage or Tenement Outbuildings Tan yard and Close in the occupation of the said JAMES HILL unto all and every the Child and Children of the said RICHARD WYATT and FRANCES his wife as Tenants in Common their heirs and assigns also I give and devise all those my two Messuages in Calthrop Lane in the Parish of Banbury in the said County of Oxford unto CHRISTOPHER CLARIDGE of Bourton in the said County of Oxford Shoemaker his heirs and assigns also I give and devise all that my Meadow in Neithrop aforesaid containing about eight acres being the upper part of a meadow called Long Ensham and now in the occupation of EDWARD CROPLEY unto ELIZABETH the Wife of JAMES BREWERTON for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease I give and devise the same to the Son of the said ELIZABETH BREWERTON and the heirs of his Body and in default of such Issue I give and devise the same unto his Sister ELIZABETH HIRONS BREWERTON and the heirs of her Body and in default of such Issue to my own right heirs also I give and devise all those my Cottages in Neithrop aforesaid in the occupation of MARY CLARIDGE and MARTHA CLARIDGE and ELIZABETH GREENHILL subject to the life interest of ELIZABETH GREENHILL in the Cottage in her own occupation which I do hereby give her unto the said MARY CLARIDGE and MARTHA CLARIDGE their heirs and assigns also I give and devise unto CATHERINE WILLIAMS the Sister of my late Husband RICHARD WILLIAMS my houses in Neithrop aforesaid with the outbuildings Garden and Appurts thereunto belonging in the occupation of THOMAS GLAZE and THOMAS WOODLE for and during the term of her natural life and afterwards I do hereby give and devise the same unto HENRY WYATT FRANCES WYATT and ELIZABETH WYATT Children of the before mentioned RICHARD WYATT and FRANCES WYATT as Tenants in Common their heirs and assigns also I give and devise unto Mrs ELIZABETH CLARSON of Adderbury in the County of Oxford for her life my Meadow in Neithrop aforesaid called Long Meadow containing about seven acres now in the occupation of EDWARD CROPLEY and afterwards I do hereby give and devise one moiety thereof unto MARY ROOTE for and during the term of her natural life and afterwards unto and amongst all her Children as Tenants in Common their heirs and assigns and the other moiety thereof I do hereby give and devise the same unto FRANCES ROOTE for and during the term of her natural life and afterwards unto and amongst all her Children as Tenants in Common their heirs and assigns also I do hereby give and deivse my Close in Storley in the said County of Oxford unto my Cousin WILLIAM COLE for and during the term of his natural life and afterwards I do hereby give and devise the same unto and amongst all his Children as Tenants in Common their heirs and assigns also I do hereby give devise and bequeath all and every my Messuages or Tenements Farms Lands Closes or inclosed Grounds in Warmington Alscott in the County of Warwick in the occupation of JOHN GRAVES unto WILLIAM WALFORD of Banbury Gentleman his heirs and assigns upon trust that he and they do and shall by demise of the said Premises or any part thereof for any number of years raise and take up at Interest within six months after my decease the sum of Seven hundred pounds which I give and bequeath as follows that is to say to Mrs ELIZABETH CAMDEN late ELIZABETH HIRONS two hundred pounds to my God Daughter ANN WYATT one hundred pounds to my Cousins MARY ROOTE FRANCES ROOTE and WILLIAM COLE one hundred pounds each and to the said WILLIAM WALFORD the Sum of one hundred pounds and subject thereto In Trust for three several rent charges or annuities of Twenty pounds accounting together to Sixty pounds which I devise as follows Twenty pounds unto RACHAEL ROUSE Daughter of JOHN HIRONS ROUSE late of Warwick for her life and afterwards to all her Children as Tenants in Common their heirs and assigns Twenty pounds unto JOHN WINNETT of [ ] for and during the term of his natural life and afterwards unto and amongst all his Children as Tenants in Common their heirs and assigns and twenty pounds the remainder part of the said Sum of Sixty pounds unto WENNAN WINNETT of [ ] for and during the term of his natural life and after his decease unto and amongst all his Children as Tenants in Common their heirs and assigns provided that in case either of them the said RACHAEL ROUSE JOHN WINNETT or WENNAN WINNETT shall die without Child or Children then I give and devise the rent charge or annuities of him or her so dying to the Survivor or Survivors of them the said RACHAEL ROUSE JOHN WINNETT and WENMAN WINNETT for their lives and afterwards to all their children in equal shares each persons Children taking their Fathers or Mothers share of the said annuity as Tenants in Common their heirs and assigns and subject thereto in trust for JOHN HIRONS BREWERTON and the heirs of his Body and in default of such Issue in trust for my own right heirs also I give and devise unto my Servant JOHN GARDNER if he shall be living with me at the time of my decease my house in Neithrop aforesaid in the occupation of GEORGE STANTON to hold to him for and during the term of his natural life also I give and devise unto my Servant ANN LEWIS if she shall be living with me at the time of my Decease my house in Neithrop aforesaid in the occupation of THOMAS WOODWARD to hold to her for and during the term of her natural life I likewise deivse to them the said JOHN GARDNER and ANN LEWIS on the Condition before mentioned an annuity of five pounds each for life chargeable on the residue of my houses in Neithrop aforesaid a place called Paradise and subject thereto I do hereby give and devise the said residue of my said houses in Neithrop aforesaid called Paradise and likewise the two houses divided for life to the said JOHN GARDNER and ANN LEWIS unto the said RICHARD WYATT his heirs and assigns also I give and devise my house and Garden with the appurts in Wheatly in the County of Oxford to the said CATHERINE WILLIAMS for and during the term of her natural life and afterwards I give the same to RILEY WILLIAMS for his life and afterwards unto and amongst all his Children as Tenants in Common their heirs Executors and admons and direct that the several Tenants for life shall keep the respective Premises devised to them in Tenantable order and repair alsi I give unto my Cousins JOHN GIBBARD ELIZABETH GIBBARD and SUSANNA HARVEY the Sum of one hundred pounds each to buy a ring and to ELIZABETH CLARIDGE MARTHA WEBB MARY PARGETER daughters of the said CHRISTOPHER CLARIDGE the Sum of Forty pounds each and to WILLIAM CLARIDGE [ ] Son of the said CHRISTOPHER CLARIDGE the Sum of Twenty pounds within six months after my decease and unto the said ELIZABETH CAMDEN ELIZABETH CLARSON five Guineas each to buy mourning also I give unto the said ELIZABETH CAMDEN my Gold Necklace and [ ] and to the said ELIZABETH CLARSON my Sedan Chair and my four wheeled Chair and my profile and as to all the residue of my personal Estate I give and bequeath the same unto and between my next of kin to be divided according to the Statute of Distributions as in case I had died intestate and I appoint the said RICHARD WYATT Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made In Testimony whereof I have to this my said last This Will was proved at London the thirteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine before the Right Honorable Sir John Nicholl Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of RICHARD WYATT the sole Executor named in the said Will to whom admon was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer
