This is the last Will and Testament of me WILLIAM THOMAS HIRONS of Rose Cottage 17 Crutchfield Lane Walton on Thames in the County of Surrey retired

1. I revoke all former Wills Codicils and testamentary dispositions made by me

2. I appoint my son ARTHUR JAMES HIRONS of 14 Bowes Road Walton on Thames aforesaid to be the SOLE EXECUTOR of this my Will

3. Subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise bequeath and appoint all my property of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate equally between my said son ARTHUR JAMES HIRONS and my daughter ETHEL MARY FROUDE of 51 Kings Road Walton on Thames aforesaid absolutely

4. I approve the appointment of ARTHUR SHEPLEY of 79 High Street Walton on Thames aforesaid as Solicitor in connection with my Estate
