This is the last Will and Testament of me THOMAS BROWN of Sunnyside Villa No.5 Gunnersbury Lane Acton in the County of Middlesex I hereby revoke all Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me I appoint my dear Wife SARAH BROWN and my daughter EMILY CAPSTICK (hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be the Executrixes and Trustees of this my Will and Trustees for the purposes of the Settled Land Act 1925 of the Settlement hereby created And I declare that the expression "my Trustees" shall where the context permits include the Trustees or Trustee for the time being hereof whether original or substituted

I give devise bequeath and appoint all my real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever (subject to and after payment thereout of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts) unto my Trustees upon the trusts following that is to say Upon trust for my Wife the said SARAH BROWN during her life And from and after her death Upon trust for such of my four daughters namely the said EMILY CAPSTICK MAUD BROWN ETHEL MAY PRESTON and GERTRUDE BEATRICE COPAS as shall be living at the death of the survivor of myself and my said Wife if more than one as tenants in common in equal shares Provided always that if any of my above named daughters shall have died in my life-time or in the lifetime of my said Wife leaving issue living at the death of the survivor of myself and my said Wife then and in every such case the share or interest which the person so dying would have taken if she had survived me and my said Wife shall be held by my Trustees upon trust for all or any her children or child living at the death of the survivor of myself and my said Wife if more than one as tenants in common in equal shares
