I do not sell CDs so please do not ask. I go by a ratio of 1:1 disc audio trades.
Use reliable CDRs - no generics or un-branded discs please.
No gaps between tracks - record Disc-At-Once (DAO). Let me know beforehand if your discs are Track-At-Once (TAO) or have any major flaws.
No mp3 sourced material please unless we have previously otherwise agreed.
Communication: I like to keep in touch during the trade (e.g. when discs have been sent, when discs have arrived). If something happens that will delay my trade with you, I will let you know. I would appreciate it if you would do the same for me.
Replacing discs: If there are any problems with your discs or my discs, we agree to replace them.
Mailing discs: I mail CDs without cases in paper/plastic sleeves since it saves on postage. However, if you would like your discs in cases, let me know. When shipping, I use padded mailing envelopes. I do ask that you please use some sort of protection for the discs when mailing (don't just throw the discs into a mailing envelope or stack them together wrapped in plastic/paper because they end up getting scratched).
Postage: Please send 1st class if in the UK; if outside the UK, please send Air Mail. If you prefer other shipping methods, let me know beforehand.
Art: I cannot provide printouts of artwork or labels, so there is no need for you to go to the trouble of sending me art/labels. However, I have indicated against each show whether artwork is available and, if so, can e-mail this to you if required.
